If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you may request a replacement.

Replacement Timeframe
Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, please contact our support team and provide clear photos or a video of the issue.

Replacement Process
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the product according to our supplier policy.

Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Product used or damaged by the customer

  • Missing original packaging or accessories

Refund Policy
Currently, we do not offer refunds. Only replacements are provided for eligible cases.
